At Thriver, we search the globe for the best fitting products for our store. Our inventory is shipped from different destinations - United States, Spain, Germany, Canada, China, United Kingdom, and many more!

We thrive to deliver our products at a reasonable time. The delivery time is depended on the customer's location. If their location is within the same country as the product, the process time will be no longer than 5-7 days. If the customer's location is international, it will take 1-4 weeks. 

We have conveniently listed where the product is coming from in the item's description under each product. This briefly tells about the product and where it's coming from. Each item in our shop is selected with great thought, and we hope our customers love the sense of style we are bringing to them! 

Orders placed will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Delivery estimate dependent on method of shipping and manufacturer's location. We offer First Class options and Priority options. Priority mail does NOT mean One Day shipping, however it is a faster option. Regardless of what shipping method you choose, we still process and ship orders in the timeframe listed above. We ship internationally. We are not responsible for fees related to international customers paying to receive their packages. Shipping during holiday periods may take up to 36 hours longer to process.


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back before contacting us.

All Sales or Discounts on purchase are FINAL SALE. Returns will not be accepted. We do offer exchanges if the size needed is available.

Brand Ambassadors: Returns are not accepted. We will process an exchange for you if the size doesn't fit accordingly. Please contact us if you are unsure of sizing.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Because of the rate at which items sell out we only offer online exchanges if the size you are needing is currently available. If the style you are seeking is not available, please return the item you want to exchange and then place a new order for the item/size you would like instead. send us an email at info@shopthriver.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
